Spicy Micro Mix

Description

I like to put these on my fried eggs in the morning, or on a turkey sandwich for lunch in place of actual mustard.  They are great to eat as a snack by themselves as well.

The Spicy Micro Mix can be ordered for delivery at their first set of leaves (approximately 10 days) for nice uniform size and shape, or wait another 10 days for the second and third set of leaves to get some more shape variation.  This mix is often kept on hand, and may be available sooner.

Cut with scissors or a sharp knife and minimize handling to reduce damage. Micro greens must be washed before serving. Shelf life of cut product ranges from 5-10 days under proper storage conditions. Living trays can last longer when properly stored and watered.
